A self acclaimed popular kumawood actor, Nana Yeboah who is also known as Lollipop, has in a new video rendered an apology for attacking teachers.
Some four Teacher Unions namely, Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT), National Association of Graduate Teachers (NAGRAT), Teachers and Educational Workers Union (TEWU) and Coalition of Concerned Teachers (CCT-Gh) on Monday July 4, 2022, declared an industrial action (Strike) with an immediate effect in relation to their 20% Cost of Living Allowance (COLA).

In view of this, The actor in his first video went hard on teachers for embarking on the strike action.
According to him, The Ghanaian Teachers have been over pampered that is why they (teachers) are calling for the Cost Of Living Allowance.
He further reiterated that, he (Nana Yeboah) does not see the essence of teachers in the country and why they should ask for the 20% COLA.
“Why did teachers not refund the salaries paid to them during the time of covid when they were made to sit in their houses without going to the classrooms”? He questioned.
In his second video, he alleged that, some teachers are only good at impregnating their learners and weigh off the knowledge they should rather impact on learners.
This also made some teachers went hard on him as to why a man who does not know the importance of education should disrespect them (Teachers) for embarking on their industrial action for the COLA, which they are entitled to when the cost of living in the country becomes expensive.
The actor has however in a new video asked for forgiveness from the teachers he attacked some days ago and diverts his attack from teachers to the president of the Republic of Ghana for increasing his salary.
