The Education Directorate of the Techiman Municipal is demanding for the Staff IDs and Payslip passwords of teachers within the Municipality.
A facilitator (whose name has being withheld for a reason or two) within the municipality when contacted after gesupdates.com came across the template, indicating that the said Education Directorate in question is demanding for the Staff Ids and passwords of its able teachers explained that, According to the Directorate, the staff Ids and the said payslip passwords are being taken for auditing purposes.
Investigations and or contacts with educationists and other stakeholders come into conclusion that, Staff Ids and current payslips of teachers in any municipal can be taken but the inclusion of the Payslip Password needs to be given a second thought.
Teachers under the Municipal Education Director, Techiman, are therefore calling upon Stakeholders, the media, All teacher Unions (NAGRAT, Innovative, GNAT and CCT) to come to their aid to oppugn the Directorate as to why a Password and for that matter, Payslip Password which should be secrete, revealed.
