Salary Payment Vouchers (PVs) for January 2023 validation was ready yesterday, January 20, 2023 but due to some errors ( thus missing of staff members on the pv), some validators added the members of the management whose names weren’t on the pv as missing staffs.

Though there was a communique indicating that all validation process should be halted as the problem had being detected and being resolved but many had already done their validation.
Info from the head of ESPV indicates that all Payment Vouchers (PVs) for January 2023 validation have been reset including those who have already validated.
According to the Head of Electronic Salary Payment Voucher, this was necessary to correct the issue of incomplete list of PVS.

All validators are therefore encouraged to log on to the portal to do the needful .
