The Government and Organized Labour in a meeting today January 12, 2023, have agreed on a minimum of 30% on the Single Spine Salary Structure across board for the year 2023 at the existing pay point relativity of 1.7%.
The effective date for the implementation of the 2023 Base Pay shall be January 1, 2023.
