GES Announces Release of Appointment Letters for the Just-ended Recruitment Process for Diploma Holders in Basic Education

The Ghana Education Service (GES) has taken steps towards achieving standard and effective education in Ghana by opening an application for recruitment of Diploma holders as teachers in basic schools. The portal was opened from February 10th to 24th, 2023 for a period of two weeks to allow all Diploma holders to apply for the recruitment.

After the application period, many applicants have been eager to know when the postings will be out. According to a recent report by gesupdates, the management of Ghana Education Service (GES), has announced that the portal will be available in the middle of March for applicants to check their application letters online and print them. It is important for applicants to be patient as the GES works through the recruitment process to ensure a transparent and efficient system.

Diploma holders who have applied should be prepared for the next steps in the recruitment process. It is advisable for applicants to gather the necessary documents needed for the appointment process. These documents include their birth certificate, Diploma certificate, Senior High School certificate, SSNIT, Ghana Card/Voters ID, NSS certificate, and the appointment letter.

It is important to note that the appointment letter will be available on the portal for successful applicants. Once the appointment letter is released, the GES will communicate the necessary steps for the appointment process. Successful applicants will be required to visit their respective Regional and District offices for further processes.
