Reinstatement of two Interdicted Officers of GES

Management the Ghana Education Service has in a release dated May 10, 2023 announced the reinstatement of two headmasters of Fijai Senior High School, Sekondi and Ghana Senior High School after the duo were interdicted for investigations on illegal collection of fees and allegedly forcing students to sleep in toilet cubicles to dormitory respectively.

Management  wishes to announce that it has reviewed the reports of the Investigative Committees for Fijai Senior High and Ghana Senior High and duly noted the findings and recommendations. Accordingly. Mr. Kenneth Agbomadze (Headmaster Fijai SHS Sekondi), Mr. Douglas Haruna Yakubu (Headmaster Ghana Senior High, Tamale) and Mr. Seibu Fuseini (Senior Housemaster, Ghana Senior High. Tamale) have been reinstated forthwith.

The respective Regional Directors would work with the Management of the affected schools to ensure that the recommendations are fully implemented to forestall such occurrences in the future.

Management reiterates its determination to ensure that teaching and learning is carried out in a conducive environment.
