RE: TWO PERCENT (2%) ON BASIC SALARY DEDUCTION FOR GNAT PROVIDENT FUND SCHEME (TIER-3) FOR ALL NON-CONTRIBUTORS GNAT MEMBERS
Following the National Officers meeting held today Wednesday, November 29, 2023, on the deduction of the two percent (2%) on the basic salary for the GNAT Provident Fund Scheme (Tier-3) for all non-contributing GNAT members, and our letter Ref 0844/VOL.II/93/23 dated November 14, 2023, on the above subject matter;
We write to withdraw the said letter and apologize for any inconveniences caused the National Council and our members.
Meanwhile, we wish to assure the National Council and all our members that their concerns are not only welcomed, but also noted, and that steps are being taken to address them at the Controller and Accountant General's Department (CAGD).
